Pamela (Pam) Nightingale is the City's Administrative Assistant.

Below are services processed through Pam.

• Evacuation Re-Entry Tags - These hang-tags are used to identify yourself as a City of Belleair Beach resident during hurricanes evacuation operations. They are available at city hall for no cost. Simply bring photo identification and proof of residency.  (This process can be completed online through Online Services)
• Library Reimbursement - As a City resident you are entitled to join a local library and be reimbursed for your fees.  (This process requires you to visit City Hall)
• Beach Access Parking Stickers - Parking at 6th Street, 12th Street, 19th Street and Morgan Park Beach Accesses requires a Beach Parking Sticker.  (This process requires you to visit City Hall) A valid driver license and valid registration are required. Renters must also provide a valid lease with a minimum of 6 months rental. This permit will be issued to Belleair Beach residents only.
• Garage or Yard Sale permit - Please notify the City prior to your garage or yard sale so that the City can provide you with the necessary permit.  (This process can be completed online through Online Services) 
• Property Records Research - Pam will research property records maintained by the City.  (This process can be completed online).  You may send your request by e-mail.
• Community Improvement (Code Enforcement) Concern form - Code Compliance Complaints Forms are received by the City's Administrative Assistant and directed to the Commuity Improvement Officer.  (This process can be completed online through Online Services)
• Rental Registration - Pam receives payments and provides clarification regarding rental property fees.  (This process requires you to visit City Hall) 
• Refuse Collection - Questions, compliments, or complaints regarding solid waste collection or recycling are initiated through the Administrative Assistant.  (This process can be completed online through Online Services)
• On-Street Parking Request - On-Street Parking is only allowed in the City after making a request to City Hall and having a permit issued.  (This process can be completed online through Online Services)
